at blush, your shopping experience is our priority. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days from the date you receive your package to return it.
all 2/$30, 3/$24, 7/$35, 4/$45, 3/$54 and 2/$60 bundles are final sale and ineligible for return.
if you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item, as soiled garments will not be eligible for return)
- the item must be accompanied by its original tags and in original packaging
- bodysuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact
- panties, lingerie sets that include a panty, last call and flash sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
- blush gift cards are non-refundable
blush reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. any returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back at the receiver’s cost, at our discretion.

to return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
- please contact customer care to request a return merchandise authorization number (rma #)
- once you receive your rma #, please pack your return and clearly indicate the rma # on the outside of your package (blush believes in environmentally-friendly practices. if possible, please re-use the original box you received your order in).
- all returned items should be declared as a "return of canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration
- returns are at the expense of the shopper and should be shipped by the service of your choice (the carrier must be able to provide a tracking number and insurance). we do not take responsibility for delayed or lost packages.
- please return your package to blush lingerie inc, attention: e-com returns, 900-225 chabanel w, montreal qc h2n 2c9 canada (remember to clearly indicate your rma # on the outside of your package)
- once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. upon approval, your refund will be processed.
- refunds for eligible items purchased at regular price will be applied to your original form of payment
- refunds for eligible items purchased on sale (excluding last call), with a promotion or bundled pricing will be applied on a blush e-gift card
- you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. the amount will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return (or immediately on your blush gift card).
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
- any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of blush
exchanges are not available at this time. you will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.
