Blush prides itself in offering the highest level of customer service. You will find everything you need in this section to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Our goal is to provide affordable luxury without compromise.


 policy

At Blush, your shopping experience is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, you have 30 days from the date you receive your package, to return it. The following conditions must be met:


  • The item(s) must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

    Please do not wear perfume or deodorant when you try on your item(s), as soiled garments will not be eligible for return.

  • The item(s) must be accompanied by original tags and in original packaging.
  • The item(s) must have been purchased at regular price. Items purchased on sale and/or with a promotion are final and not eligible for return.
  • Due to hygienic standards, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return: panties, teddies, rompers and any lingerie sets that include a panty.
  • Final sale on all accessories, beauty, home products.
  • Blush gift cards are non-refundable.

 to return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

  • Contact Blush customer care or phone us at 514.389.5179 to request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #).
  • Once you receive your RMA #, please pack your return in the original box you received and clearly indicate the RMA # on the outside of your package (please include your invoice).
  • All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration.
  • Returns are at the expense of the shopper and should be shipped by the service of your choice (the carrier must be able to provide a tracking number and insurance). We do not take responsibility for delayed or lost packages.
  • Please return your package to Blush Lingerie Inc, Attention: E-Com Returns, 900-225 Chabanel W, Montreal QC H2N 2C9 Canada (remember to clearly indicate your RMA # on the outside of your package).

 your refund

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure eligibility. Upon approval, your refund will be processed.
  • Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.
  • You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) purchased. The amount will appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the return (or immediately on your Blush gift card)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Any returned items that do not comply with our policy, may be denied at the discretion of Blush.

 exchanges

Exchanges are not available at this time. You will need to return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order.

 taxes

When you return an item for a refund, the applicable taxes will be refunded. Taxes paid on shipping fees are non refundable, unless as a result of an error on our part.

 return to sender

Blush reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at time of delivery.
