 shipping methods

blush ships worldwide.

all orders are processed and will leave the blush warehouse within 2 business days of placing an order.

the date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select and will be confirmed prior to checkout in your blush cart.

the following shipping methods are currently available:

priority mail $15 2-4 business days

orders placed after 1:00 pm EST may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day starting at 8:00 am EST.

note: delivery times for shipments are estimated and exclude customs release. during peak sale periods and new product launches processing times may vary. please allow 2-3 additional days for po boxes, apo/fpo/dpo, rural and remote areas. we only ship to the continental us, alaska, guam, hawaii, puerto rico and us virgin islands. other us territories are excluded. once the order has been shipped, blush is not responsible for any carrier delays.

 address requirements

  • shipping and billing addresses must be valid u.s. addresses.
  • your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card statement is sent.
  • once an order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be redirected/changed.
  • for orders that contain multiple items, you may receive separate shipments on different days.

 tracking your order (customer with an account)

once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

you can also track your package or view current/past order details at any time.

once logged in, click on your name, then "order status”.

mobile:
once logged in, click on "account", then "my orders”.

note: if the tracking status of your parcel shows as delivered, but the item has not been received, we must be notified within 30 days of the ship date.

 tracking your order (guest checkout)

once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

you can also verify your order status here at any time (you will be prompted to provide your order reference number, billing last name and email address that were used at the time the order was placed). once completed, click continue and tracking information will be displayed.
